Thebrief
A distributor supplying 600 corner shops takes most of its orders by phone, writes them into a register, and finds out what was wrong when the van arrives.
The concept is the platform such a distributor would pay for monthly: shops ordering for themselves, the office working from one screen, and a product small enough to put in front of real shops in weeks, then grow.

Each step was owned by one discipline, and every one of them worked from the same plan in the same team.

Ordering, a delivery route per van and a list of unpaid invoices, and nothing else, with accounts, roles and monthly billing built in from the first release so it could be sold from day one.

A Bangla-first Android app that works on a cheap phone and a patchy connection: yesterday’s order in one tap, and the order waits and sends itself when the signal comes back.
